Ms. Connie helped me in a pinch. I needed a blanket monogrammed and gave her less that 2 days to monogram it for me. She told me she could with no problems and even sent me a video of it starting. Connie does an excellent job of making these bags. The material patterns are nicely coordinated. The bag is handy for a variety of uses. Purchased for a gift but don't know if I can part with it. :-)
